Sandmere Practice is part of Clapham Primary Care Network.

We can refer to Social Prescribers within our PCN who can help with a wide variety of things such as housing, finance and food banks etc.

There is disabled parking outside the surgery and we our bathrooms are designed for disabled access. we do not have parking for patients.
