If you would like to register at the practice then you should:
- Live in the practice catchment area which is a seven mile radius around the practice that includes Balham, Brixton, Stockwell, Clapham, Streatham, Norwood and Tulse Hill. Under special circumstances we allow registrations for patients living in Croydon, Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth. Please ask for more information.
- Book a new patient registration health check – This will be done by the practice nurse and involves taking your blood pressure, providing a urine specimen, taking your height, weight, past medical history and an optional cervical smear test if you are a female.
